This tongue-in-cheek speech pokes fun at how the organization markets itself and offers timely ideas on how to recruit new members.

On a deeper level, it posits interesting ideas about the inclusive nature of clubs, how century-old organizations can shed their skin without losing their identity, why members leave, and what really gets people to join.
